REIKI HEALING SESSIONS
Reiki healing sessions are one hour. Healing will be holistic, but it is directed at the areas that need it most. You may share areas of focus before we start, but the body knows what needs to be healed each time and will provide clues as we go through the session. This is a great accompaniment to other forms of healing or can be done alone. These sessions incorporate both traditional reiki techniques and supplementary healing methods based on intuitive guidance received during each session.
Reiki is a silent practice; you will get to relax and enter a meditative state as we work on your energy. The healing lasts about 45 minutes. At the end of the reiki session, we will discuss what came up together and reflect on any insights and next steps. All sessions are done remotely, so it doesn't matter where you are located. Distance reiki has the same effect as in-person sessions, as energy transmission is not limited by time or space.

WHY REIKI?
I spent years putting myself through intensive protocols, overhauling my nutrition, and honestly, my entire life, from my career to my daily habits, but something was still missing for me. I was embarrassed and confused—mostly because I was helping my clients heal quickly, but my own progress was moving at a snail's pace. When I found reiki, everything started to shift. Even though my physical body had what it needed, my energetic body did not.
I was skeptical at first, but it worked, so I kept going, and it felt like literal magic. My body started to feel stronger and healthier. I had fewer reactions to foods and episodes of feeling anxious, stressed, and overwhelmed. It became easier to trust my body and my intuition. And I went down a rabbit hole that ultimately led me to realize energy healing needed to be part of my toolkit, so I trained to become a reiki practitioner, along with learning other spiritual and energetic practices.
